One of the favorite features at 'Sand Dance' is the well-designed pool and hot tub area with a gated 14' x 28' saltwater pool and separate hot tub deck, a loggia with outdoor dining, outdoor speakers and a gas grill area. For the grill masters, there are two Weber gas grills; one at poolside and one on the top deck just steps from the dinning room.

Stepping into the game room from the patio/pool area you'll find a great recreation space with pool table, wet bar, full-size refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV with complete sound system, one iPod docking station as well as the elevator to all floors in the home. Also on this bottom level you'll find a bedroom with two twin beds and full bath accessible from both the hall and the bedroom. Enjoy more entertainment options with ping pong and air hockey tables in one of the two garages on this level.

'Sand Dance' has a no smoking and no pets policy. Sunday check in day. The published rates are inclusive with the exception of NC taxes and the optional trip insurance.

Bed sizes: 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Sets, and 2 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
