This lovely Outer Banks soundfront home in The Currituck Club is currently under construction and will be brand new for the 2010 rental season. 'Sand Dance' offers so many amenities, don't be surprised if everyone in your group is soon doing a happy dance in your honor because you chose this fabulous vacation home!

One of the favorite features at 'Sand Dance' will be the well-designed pool and hot tub area with a gated 14' x 28' saltwater pool and separate hot tub deck, a loggia with outdoor dining, outdoor speakers and a gas grill area. For the grill masters there is a Weber gas grill. For added convenience, there's a second gas grill up on the deck close to the kitchen.

Stepping into the game room from the patio/pool area you'll find a great recreation space with pool table, wet bar, full-size refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV with complete sound system, one iPod docking station as well as the elevator to all floors in the home. Imagine room colors like Good Vibrations, Radish Red and Watertown! Also on this bottom level you'll find a bedroom with two twin beds and full bath accessible from both the hall and within the bedroom. Enjoy more entertainment options with ping pong and air hockey tables in one of the two garages on this level.

On 'Sand Dance's' mid level you'll enjoy a large Den space with game table, 40" Home Theater System and deck access. Four of the home's six bedrooms are on this level. Room colors include Taffy,Begonia,Baize green and Clean Vapor. One of the two master bedrooms on this level is wheelchair accessible with a private bath offering wider doorways, a roll-in shower, roll-up sink and grab bars. The two other bedrooms on this mid level share access to a full hall bath. Two bedrooms on this level have direct access to decks with sound views overlooking the private pool area. The main entry for the home as well as the laundry room are also on this level.

On the top level of 'Sand Dance' everyone will enjoy the great room's entertainment system with surround sound, the 40" HDTV, Ipod docking station, DVD player as well as the fireplace available mid-September through end of April. The large dining area off the great room offers seating for 10-12 and there's additional bar seating for three in the large gourmet kitchen. The color pallette includes Taffy, Great green and Jet Stream Blue. Situated off the dining room is a wonderful screened porch overlooking the pool area where you can lounge and enjoy beautiful soundfront views. The sun deck on this top level can be accessed from the great room, the screened porch or from the sitting area in the spacious master bedroom and bath suite. For anyone needing to check emails or do a little work while on vacation, the raised office area on the top level is situated off the great room and very private. It includes a printer and wireless high-speed internet access. The half bath on this level is located off the great room.

Bed sizes: 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Sets, and 2 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
